Hi, I’m Hannah – Trainee Solution Focused Hypnotherapist
With 18 years of experience as a midwife, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people through some of the most significant moments in their lives. My passion for helping others has led me to train in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, where I now support individuals in overcoming challenges such as anxiety, depression, phobias, and more.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a modern, evidence-based approach that doesn’t dwell on the past. Instead, it focuses on the positive changes you want to make, helping you move forward with clarity and confidence. Offering a practical and empowering path towards your goals.
I currently offer sessions online, making support accessible and convenient from the comfort of your own space.
During hypnotherapy, we use a natural state called trance — a state of focused attention, similar to when you’re completely absorbed in a good book or film.
It’s not mind control, and it’s definitely not like stage hypnosis!
You remain fully in control and aware, simply in a calm and relaxed state that helps your brain process and consolidate positive changes.

Your first session is all about getting to know you. I’ll begin by gathering information about your current situation and what you’d like to achieve. I’ll also explain how Solution Focused Hypnotherapy works, including a simple and engaging explanation of the brain. You’ll learn why you might be feeling the way you do and how I can use modern neuroscience and proven therapeutic techniques to create positive change.
All subsequent sessions focus on your preferred future and the small, achievable steps that can help you get there, followed by a gentle and relaxing trance designed to support the brain’s natural ability to make lasting changes.
Half price £45 until June only
This is a package of 4 sessions. To include a rewind and reframe exercise.
Half price of £150 until June only
This is a 1.5-2 hour session and will include specific techniques to change your habit.
Half price of £100 until June only
Usually 8-12 sessions are required, but this will depend on your individual circumstances and some may require more and some less. Block bookings can be made..
